Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (i) diagnosed with breast cancer (stages I–III); (ii)post-treatment (surgery, chemotherapy or radiotherapy) ; (iii)ability to read and use the social software ; (iv) signed informed consent; (v) age between 18 and 65 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) being diagnosed with another primary and/or secondary tumour or being in the metastatic stage; (ii) severe cardiac disease (NYHA =3), myocardial infarction within one year or uncontrolled hypertension; (iii) verified osteoporosis (proximal femur or lumbar spine T-score6 months, anticonvulsants phenytoin or carbamazepine, prolonged heparin therapy; (v) other diseases affecting calcium and bone metabolism such as hyperthyroidism, primary hyperparathyroidism, renal failure, chronic hepatic diseases, organ transplant; (vi) other severe illness or medical condition, which could be a contradiction to exercise; or (vii) to have participated in an exercise program during the previous three months.
