Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of retrospective cohort: (1) Relevant clinical informed consent had been signed; (2) Patients received treatment in Southern Medical University Nanfang Hospital from December 1, 2019 to September 30, 2022; (3) met the definition of acute cerebral stroke; (4) Aged >= 18 years; (5) Anterior circulation LVO confirmed by DSA, occlusion sites included the internal carotid artery and the M1 and/or M2 segments of the brain; (6) mRS = 2b after receiving EVT. 2. Inclusion criteria of prospective cohort: (1) Voluntary informed consent; (2) Patients receiving treatment in Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University from October 1, 2022 to October 31, 2025; (3) Meet the definition of acute cerebral stroke; (4) Aged >=18 years; (5) Anterior circulation LVO confirmed by DSA, occlusion sites include the internal carotid artery and the M1 and/or M2 segments of the brain; (6) mRS = 2b after receiving EVT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, arteriovenous malformation, aneurysm or intracranial tumor were confirmed by CT or MRI upon admission; 2. MBE had occurred before sampling; 3. The blood samples were unqualified.
