Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All SS should conform to the international classification (diagnosis) standard of Sjogren's syndrome in 2016, and the syndrome differentiation of TCM should be yin deficiency, heat toxin and blood stasis syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Those accompanied with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, endocrine, metabolic, blood, cerebrovascular and other diseases are excluded; ? The patients with other serious autoimmune diseases are excluded; ? Those accompanied with solid tumors and hematological tumors are excluded; (4) SS gets worse or has serious complications, except for those requiring unconventional treatment; (5) Those with HAMD score greater than 24, who need to take antidepressants or have negative risks, and those with other serious mental diseases are excluded.
