Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years old who meet the diagnosis of blepharitis or healthy people without ocular disease, and not limited to men or women.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) had ocular surgery or trauma within the past 3 months; (2) had active ocular infection or inflammation within the past 1 month, excluding blepharitis; (3) had systemic diseases that may have an effect on the eye, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, graft versus host disease and Stevens-Johnson syndrome; (4) had an allergy to sodium fluorescein; (5) had used following drugs systemically or eye drops within 1 month: antibiotic agents, glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive drugs, antihistamines, NSAIDs, eyelid shampoos or acaricides drugs; (6) had used artificial tears on the day of examination; (7) had received eye physiotherapy such as eyelids cleaning, warm compresses with lid massage or intense pulsed light within the past 1 month; (8)Researchers consider that the sample cannot meet the testing requirements, and researchers consider that it is not suitable to participate in the study.
