Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke (Western medicine diagnostic criteria refer to the "2019 Chinese Vascular Cognitive Impairment Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; The diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine refer to the "Diagnosis, Differentiation and Efficacy Judgment Criteria for Vascular Dementia (for Research)" (2) There is a history of ischemic stroke confirmed by CT or MRI examination; (3) Cognitive impairment occurs after stroke, and cognitive dysfunction is clearly indicated after evaluation by the Mini-Mental Status Examination Scale (MMSE) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA); (4) 1 month= course of disease = 2 years; No drugs to improve cognitive function were used prior to enrollment; (5) Consciousness is clear, vital signs are stable; (6)18 years old= age = 75 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are other diseases that can lead to cognitive impairment, such as intracranial mass lesions, brain trauma, arterial hemangioma, etc.; (2) Diseases accompanied by serious impact on cognitive examination, such as abnormal audiovisual function, mental abnormalities, etc.; (3) There was a history of significant cognitive decline or dementia before the onset of this disease; (4) Accompanied by other serious diseases such as immune diseases, endocrine diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function; (5) pregnant and lactating women; (6) Coagulation dysfunction and infection at the treatment site.
