20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age 20-70 years old; ? All patients were diagnosed as endometrial cancer for the first time without any systemic treatment, and confirmed as endometrial cancer by postoperative pathology; ?ASA grade I-III; ? No distant metastasis of other sites occurred; ? The operation was performed by the same group of surgeons.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Preoperative chemoradiotherapy, hormone and immune therapy; ? Acute or chronic infectious diseases before surgery; ? Complicated with other malignant tumors; ? Combined with blood system and related diseases, abnormal coagulation mechanism; (5) Complicated with serious vital organ diseases or serious systemic diseases; ? Combined with autoimmune (immunodeficiency) diseases; ? Medical records with incomplete clinical data.
