Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 18-39 years old; ?BMI=28.0kg/m2; ? Not taking weight loss pills, hormones, or drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism in the past month; ? Through health screening, there are no contraindications to exercise; ? No other weight loss programs currently participating; ? Obesity not caused by certain diseases and drug factors; ? Voluntary participation in the experiment;
