Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obesity group 1) Obese children in the Children's Endocrine Clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University;2) Age 7-14 years old;3)BMI = 90th percentile of children of the same sex and age;4) Cognitive and behavioral abilities appropriate to age;5) Parents/guardians commit to a 3 month Nutrition Management Program.control groupChildren aged 7-14 years with health examination who visited the Children Health Care Outpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Secondary obesity caused by induction of other diseases or drugs 2) Suffering from heart, lung, liver, kidney endocrine or other systemic diseases;3) Has a history of medication or psychological treatment;4) unexplained weight loss occurs in the past three months.
