Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study group:(1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (2) age 18 to 65 years; and (3) right-handedness. Control group:(1) age 18 to 65 years; (2) right-handedness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study group and control group:(1) those with severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, endocrine, hematological and other medical diseases; (2) those with alcohol or drug abuse within one year; (3) lactating and pregnant women; (4) contraindications to MRI scanning.
