Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer and knowledge of the disease. 2. 18 years of age = age = 65 years of age 3. Basic reading skills, internet access, and use of social networking software such as WeChat. 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study. 5. Patients who have received at least 1 cycle of neurotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs 6. Patients with symptoms of chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, i.e. patients with symptoms of numbness, hypesthesia, abnormal sensation, pain, muscle spasm, muscle weakness, or even paralysis in the extremities after the use of neurotoxic chemotherapy drugs, and the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy due to other pathological factors are excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other causes of peripheral neuropathy (e.g. diabetic peripheral neuropathy and neuropathy associated with nutritional deficiencies, etc.); 2. Patients with other serious medical conditions (e.g. severe hypertension, heart disease, etc.) that prevent them from cooperating with this study; 3. those with contraindications to exercise (blood clots in the lower limbs, artificial hips, etc.); 4. Patients with bone metastases or brain metastases; 5. Patients with other conditions that, in the opinion of the treating physician or nurse in charge, make them unsuitable for exercise.
