Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age older than 18 years; (2) Patients of ASA I to II; (3)Patients receiving general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There were physical pains for more than three months or more than half of the days within three months before enrollment, or taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioids for pain for more than three months or more than half of the days within three months; (2) Have a clear genetic test report (COMT, OPRM1, GCH1) site mutation; (3) Have a confirmed mental illness such as anxiety, depression or take psychotropic drugs; (4) Have physical disabilities before surgery or are about to undergo surgery (5) Patients with malignant tumors.
