Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled to receive elective intracranial tumor resection(the maximum diameter of tumor is 2-5cm); 2.age:18-70 years old,male and female; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)classficationI-II; 4.18.5<body mass index(BMI)<28; 5.Glasgow Coma Scale score of more than 8 points; 6.PPCs risk index(ARISCAT) score of more than 26 points;7.Expected operation time more than 4 h; 8.Having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of chronic lung disease,pulmonary infection,acute respiratory faliure or pulmonary surgery; 2.Patients with severe brain,heart,liver,or kidney diseases; 3.Patients with preoperative nerve injury affecting breathing,or dysphagia; 4.Pregnant women; 5.Those who refuse to participate in the research.
