60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =60 years old; 2) American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III; 3) To undergo elective non-cardiac major surgery (thoracic surgery, abdominal surgery, urology surgery, limb joint surgery, and spinal surgery), with an estimated operation time =1.5 hours; 4) Postoperative hospitalization days =2 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Hospitalization history within 3 months before surgery; 2) Left ventricular ejection fraction < 30%, sick sinus syndrome, sinus bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min), second degree type II or third degree atrioventricular block without pacemaker, history of Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease; 3) History of schizophrenia or mental illness; 4) Inability to communicate effectively and refusal to participate.
