Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age >18 years old; ? meet the diagnostic criteria of lumbar degenerative diseases; ? Patients who underwent posterior lumbar interbody fusion and internal fixation; ? the Steward recovery score was 24 points; ? Patients and their families knew and agreed to participate in this study, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Past or present conscious disorder, mental illness; ? patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency and serious infected patients; ? Patients with osteoporosis, pathological fracture or multiple fractures and a history of lumbar spine surgery; ? Poor compliance, refused to participate in the study.
