New Onset Diabetes After Transplantation

Interventions

Intervention arm:Patients in the Sitagliptin group orally took the first 100mg of Sitagliptin two hours before transplantation.
Control arm:The control group received routine treatments, and the postoperative blood glucose monitoring and insulin therapy regimens were the same as in the experimental group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.First-time kidney transplant recipient; 2. At least one high-risk factor for new-onset diabetes after transplantation (NODAT), including age = 40 years, BMI = 24 kg/m2, smoking, and a history of diabetes; 3.Receiving standard triple immunosuppressive medications that include mycophenolate mofetil or mycophenolic sodium, tacrolimus and steroids

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a diagnosis of diabetes prior to kidney transplantation, or receiving anti-diabetic medications 2. Patients with a history of transplantation 3. Patients receiving more than one organ transplant. 4. Patients with HCV infection 5. Patients with a history of pancreatitis 6. Patients with a history of angioedema 7.Legal and behavioral capacity limitations 8.Researchers consider it inappropriate to include in the study.
