Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 65=Age=75; ? Years of education=1; ? Have normal activity of daily living; ? MoCA score<26; ? Informed consent signed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Having hearing or vision impairments, and cannot complete the test after correction; ? Having severe internal diseases, such as hypertension, heart disease, severe liver disease, and so on; ? Having central nervous system diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease, infectious encephalopathy, brain tumors, and so on; ? Having severe depression, schizophrenia or long-term use of psychotropic drugs; ? Having Alzheimer's disease or vascular dementia; ? Having alcohol dependence or abuse of other psychoactive substances; ? Prohibited from MRI scans; ? Cannot complete cognitive function tests due to various situations.
