Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis were included and treated with PRP injection into knee cavity in rehabilitation medicine department. 1. Age 40-85 years old; 2. The patient was diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis and had imaging examination or KL stage in the course of the disease; 3. Knee pain score (VAS) before treatment =3 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary rheumatoid arthritis, metabolic bone disease, hematologic disease, infection or traumatic osteoarthritis; 2.3 Received other intra-articular injections within the last few months; 3. Aspirin or other NSAIDS, platelet inhibitors, antivitamin K and other drugs that affect platelet function should be taken within 1 week before injection; 4. History of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, blood diseases, active infectious diseases, malignant tumors or other medical diseases.
