18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age > = 18 years old and < = 75 years old, regardless of sex. 2) histologically diagnosed primary colorectal cancer and pathologically staged from II to III. 3) have undergone radical surgery. 4) have been tested by MRD. 5) ECOG physical condition score < = 2 (see Appendix A for ECOG scale). 6) consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other primary cancers in the past 5 years. 2.Suffer from other active tumors. 3. Histological diagnosis of non-colorectal adenocarcinoma or non-primary colorectal cancer. 4. The disease has relapsed at baseline.
