Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 the patients were 18-40 years old, 2 ASA grade i to ii, 3 Pregnant women who undergo elective cesarean section, including those who undergo initial cesarean section and those who undergo subsequent cesarean section. 4.Receiving spinal anesthesia. 5 agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 . 40KM2) ; 5. Gestational diabetes mellitus, gestational thyroid disease, any metabolic disorder of pregnancy, and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy with heart disease, 6. Patients with protein allergy; 7. Patients with gastric emptying disorders; the patients with previous upper gastrointestinal or gastric or upper abdominal surgery, HIATAL hernia, and other known gastric emptying disorders; 8. Mental illness, language communication disorders, vulnerable groups
