Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cardiovascular surgery patients requiring CPB;Older than 18 years old;With no absence of temporal window;Informed and signed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe carotid artery stenosis;Absence of temporal window;Less than 18 years old;Patient rejection;Unexpected intraoperative accident; And preoperative craniocerebral injury
