Control Group:Routine swallow rehabilitation therapy
Sham stimulation group:On the basis of routine swallowing rehabilitation therapy, the patients were given pseudo-stimulation instead of real transcranial magnetic stimulation
Experimental group:Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) was performed on the basis of routine swallowing rehabilitation therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of stroke in 2019 , (2) dysphagia in the pharyngeal phase was confirmed by flexible laryngoscopy and swallow angiography; (3) the patients were over 18 years old, without gender limitation; (4) the patients were conscious and could cooperate with the examiner to complete the instruction; (5) the patients and their family members understood and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) coma, severe pulmonary infection, severe heart and lung disease, bleeding tendency, abnormal nasopharyngeal anatomic structure, (2) non-stroke patients with dysphagia, (3) patients with mental disorder; (4) having a history of epilepsy, (5) having metal implants in the body is not suitable for transcranial magnetic stimulation.
