Interventions

Experimental group A:Standard diet + oral nutrition supplement (ONS) with NUTRIVIGOR 25g, once in the morning and once in the evening
Experimental group B:Standard diet + oral nutrition supplement (ONS) with NUTRIVIGOR 25g and oligosaccharide 5g, once in the morning and once in the evening
Control group:Standard diet with equal calories and equal protein

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =65 years old, male or female; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia (refer to the criteria of the 2019 Asian Sarcopenia Working Group AWGS2); (3) Nutritional risk screening NRS2002<3; (4) Able to understand and comply with informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are participating in clinical trials of other drugs; (2) GLIM diagnosis of severe malnutrition; (3) Gastrointestinal diseases affecting intestinal flora: inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal bleeding, and major gastrointestinal surgery within 5 years; (4) The following diseases: serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, immune deficiency diseases, severe cognitive dysfunction, depression and other mental disorders; Patients who have undergone surgery within the last 1 month or have tumors and life cycle less than 1 year; (5) Suffering from muscle diseases or taking drugs that affect muscle function; People who are bed-ridden for a long time and cannot move easily; (6) Patients deemed unsuitable for study by the investigator;
