Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged =18 and =70 years old, male and female, admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University; ? Diabetes mellitus was diagnosed, DFUs with infected wounds (Wagner grade > 2); ? According to the relevant indicators of Infectious Diseases Society of America, the degree of infection was more than severe; ? patients who can tolerate surgery; ? Patients were informed and voluntarily participated in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with poor basic systemic function and unable to receive surgical treatment; ? Patients with poor compliance, inability to understand or refuse to accept the treatment; ? Patients with infected wounds caused by other diseases; (4) Patients with other diseases that may limit the evaluation of efficacy, or with mental illness that is difficult to cooperate with the successful completion of the study; ? Participants had participated in other clinical trials 3 months before the trial.
