Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. >= 18 years old; 2. Pathological diagnosis of colon cancer or rectal cancer; 3. Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy was performed; 4. Clear consciousness and normal communication with investigators; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe weakness and intolerance; 2. With other serious physical and mental diseases.
