Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients and auxiliary assessors were =18 years old, in stable physical condition and without cognitive impairment 2. meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke as defined by the 4th Chinese Society of Cerebrovascular Diseases, stable vital signs and clear consciousness 3. The patient and the assistive assessor have a smartphone 4. The patient is able to walk independently using assistive devices 5. Patients and their caregivers voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other serious organic diseases at the same time 2. History of seizures in the last three months 3. The patient or his or her assistive evaluator has a cognitive or language impairment that prevents him or her from performing remote commands 4. The patient is unable to move independently from sitting to standing; the patient is unable to stand independently for more than 10 seconds; the patient is unable to walk independently for 3 meters with the aid of an assistive device
