Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In line with the 2020 edition of the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck tumors, and confirmed as head and neck tumors by imaging and pathology; (2) Radiotherapy was performed for the first time after meeting the indications of radiotherapy; (3) =18 years of age; (4) No dysphagia dysfunction occurred before enrollment (drinking water test of depression field = Grade 2); (4) no loss of pronunciation; (6) Patients and their families participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction; (2) Patients with other malignant tumors; (3) People with consciousness or cognitive impairment; (4) Those who quit or die due to various reasons.
