Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 75 2. Patients with hypertension (Grade 1-2)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Hypertension Grade 3 (SBP=180mmHg and/or DBP=110mmHg) 2.Secondary hypertension 3.Congestive heart failure 4.Blood potassium>5.2 mmol/L 5.eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73m2 6.History of angioedema 7.Malignant tumor 8.Pregnant and lactating women 9.Participate in other medical experiments at the same time
