Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1) Obtain informed consent; 2) Age =20 years, =60 years; 3) Patients who plan to undergo general anesthesia; 4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: Any of the following will be excluded from this study 1) Patients with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction and electrolyte abnormalities before surgery; 2) A history of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesic drugs, and alcoholism; 3) Patients with a history of intraoperative drug use allergy; 4) Patients with cognitive impairment before surgery were determined by MMSE scale; 5) Patients considered unsuitable for this study by other researchers(YNMT)·
