Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as fibrosing mediastinitis through chest-enhanced CT; 2. CT pulmonary angiography shows pulmonary vein stenosis and/or pulmonary artery stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital pulmonary vascular stenosis, pulmonary vascular stenosis caused by other secondary factors (eg: pulmonary vein stenosis after radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation, pulmonary tumors, and metastatic tumors, etc); 2. Patients with cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance rate < 30ml / min); 4. Patients with platelet count of 30 x 10 ^ 9 / L; 5. Others.
