Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? According to the diagnostic criteria of "Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018", the patients were diagnosed as chronic heart failure by a doctor of the Department of Cardiovascular medicine. ? New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class II to IV; ? Age =18 years; ?Basic communication skills; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney diseases, other serious organ dysfunction or infectious diseases; ? after heart transplantation; ? Death during hospitalization; ? A history of mental illness.
