Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-40 years old; 2. Body mass index = 23Kg/m2; 3. Comply with PCOS diagnosis; 4. In line with TCM syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with severe diseases, cognitive disorders and mental disorders of important organs such as heart, kidney and liver; 2 patients with endocrine diseases other than PCOS (such as thyroid disease, hyperprolactinemia, adrenal tumor, etc.) and organic diseases of reproductive organs; 3 patients who have used hormone drugs or drugs that affect reproductive endocrine and metabolism in the past 12 weeks. 4 PCOS-related drugs or supplementary therapy (including acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, proprietary Chinese medicine and other complementary alternative medical therapy) were given in the past 8 weeks.
