Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 1999 World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for diabetes: typical diabetic symptoms plus random plasma glucose =11.1mmol/L or fasting plasma glucose =7.0mmol/L or OGTT 2h plasma glucose =11.1mmol/L; 2. In line with the 2014 American Diabetes Association (ADA) and the American National Kidney Foundation (NKF) diagnostic criteria for diabetic kidney disease (DKD): when the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio (UACR) is =30 mg/g, except for other Increased urinary albumin due to disease; 3. The age of the patient is 18-75 years old, and the gender is not limited; 4. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other secondary nephritis not caused by diabetes; 2. Antibiotics have been used within 1 month before enrollment; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. The mentally ill or incapacitated; 5. People who are addicted to alcohol or drugs; 6. Long-term adherence to a special dietary regimen; 7. Colorectal or other diseases known to affect the gut microbiota; 8. Participating in other intervention projects affecting gut microbiota in or in the past 3 months.
