18 Years to 26 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College student at Tongji University. 2. Voluntary signed informed consent form 3. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores 4 or greater than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Long-term mindfulness practice experience (2) Previously diagnosed mental disorders, such as depressive disorder and schizophrenia. (3) They are currently taking psychotropic drugs. (4) Located in Siping Campus of Tongji University, due to excessive geographical location or epidemic prevention and control reasons
