Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old (2) Patients infected with gram-negative bacteria (3) Injection of polymyxin B for = 48 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with polymyxin allergy (2) Pregnant women (3) The investigator determined that patients were not suitable for this study due to other reasons.
