Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Stroke was confirmed by CT or MR According to the diagnostic criteria in Diagnostic Key Points of Various Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by Cerebrovascular Department of the Neurology Branch of Chinese Medical Association; ? Age =60 years old; ? clear consciousness, can voluntarily cooperate with the relevant scale evaluation; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? There are language or communication barriers, unable to correctly understand or answer questions; ? Have a history of cognitive dysfunction or mental illness; ? Severe infection, organ failure, malignant tumor and other serious diseases.
