Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 18~70 years old patients with lower pole renal calculi performed with traditional suctioning and novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope Lower renal calyceal calculi are those in which the stones are located in the lower renal calyces or the main stones are located in the lower renal calyces.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral upper urinary calculi Combined with lower urinary stone or mid Mid or lower ureteral calculi Ureter stricture or calculous pyonephrosis preoperation Previous presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities or urinary diversion surgery Combined with upper urinary carcinoma
