Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic INCLUSION CRITERIA The diagnosis of PSD must meet two criteria: first, patients with stroke; 2. Patients with depressive symptoms. ? Diagnostic criteria of stroke: The diagnosis of stroke referred to the diagnostic criteria formulated by the fourth National Cerebral Vascular Disease Academic conference in 1995, and stroke was confirmed by CT or MRI. ? Diagnostic criteria of depression: according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disorders (CCMD-3), patients who have not received antidepressant drugs and drugs that affect the score of antidepressant scale were investigated by HAMD scale, and the scoring criteria were: Normal < 8 points, 8 points = possible depression < 20 points, 20 points = certain depression < 35 points, 35 points = severe depression. Inclusion criteria: ? meeting the diagnostic criteria of PSD; ? normal activities of daily living; ? Age =30, =75 years old; ? Patients or their relatives signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Incomplete case data; ? Combined with liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; ? Severe diseases of hematopoietic system and endocrine system; (4) patients with mental illness or family history; ? use of antibiotics and intestinal probiotics within 1 month; ? Inflammatory gastrointestinal disease, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic constipation, chronic diarrhea, Helicobacter pylori infection (untreated) and other diseases affecting intestinal flora; ? Patients and their families did not cooperate with the treatment.
