Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18~70 years old patients with 2~4cm unilateral upper urinary calculi performed with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and novel tip-flexible suctioning ureteral access sheath combined with flexible ureteroscope

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with lower urinary stone or mid Mid or lower ureteral calculi Ureter stricture or calculous pyonephrosis preoperation presence of urinary anatomical abnormalities or urinary diversion surgery Combined with upper urinary carcinoma
