Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for uremia stage of chronic renal failure in the 4th edition of Nephrology; (2) hemodialysis by autologous arteriovenous fistula; (3) Hemodialysis time between 3 months - 20 years, 4h/time, 3 times/week, stable clinical condition (not hospitalized in the past 30 days); (4) Age: 18-70 years old (inclusive); (5) BMI: 18-32.5 (normal - mild obesity); (6) Cardiac function: left ventricular ejection fraction= 50%; NYHA = Class I; Weber heart function grade A and B; (7) The level of physical activity of individuals in the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) reached a medium or high level; (8) The condition is stable and clear; (9) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The initial stage of dialysis program and medication program change; (2) weight gain between dialysis >5% dry body weight; (3) Patients with bloodborne infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis B, viral hepatitis C, syphilis and AIDS; (4) Abnormal blood pressure: severe hypertension (such as blood pressure more than 180/110mmHg), or hypotension (<90/60mmHg); Cardiopulmonary diseases: severe heart failure, arrhythmia, unstable angina, severe pericardial effusion, valve stenosis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, aortic dissection, etc., uncontrolled pulmonary hypertension; (5) Acute clinical events: acute systemic inflammatory diseases or the use of antibiotics in the past 30 days; (6) retinopathy; (7) Diabetes mellitus that does not control blood sugar well; (8) Severe anemia (Hb<60g/L); (9) Symptoms of deep vein thrombosis, such as abnormal edema, redness and pain in the calves; (10) Renal osteodystrophy or exercise that has occurred fractures may aggravate joint and bone lesions; (11) Cognitive impairment, communication disorders and mental illness
