Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients' inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of NSSI in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Illness 5th Edition (DSM-5); (2) The age is 12-18 years old; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research. Inclusion criteria of patient caregivers: (1) Age > 18 years old; (2) The care time is more than 3 months, and the patient is related to the patient, and is the main caregiver and financial undertaker of the patient; (3) Primary school or above, able to understand the contents of the questionnaire, without communication barriers; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria of patients: (1) those with communication barriers; (2) Complicated with serious physical diseases and other organic diseases, such as congenital heart disease. Exclusion criteria of patients' caregivers: during the investigation, family members who have major life trauma events unrelated to patients' illness, such as the death of their loved ones, etc.
