Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Postoperative transfer to ICU and successful removal of invasive tracheal intubation; ? Age>18 years old; ? Hemodynamic stability, vasopressor drug travel rate<0.1mcg/kg/min, lactate<2mmol/L; ? Conscious and willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Those who re intubate after extubation; ? Those who do not tolerate the odor of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions; ? Degenerating integrity of oral and lingual mucosa; ? History of neuromuscular disorders or head and neck deformities; ? Has difficulty swallowing.
