Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age older than 18 years old; 2) Subjects who meet the diagnostic criteria for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the 2017 "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in Adults", or meet the diagnostic criteria for Fabry disease in the 2021 "Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Fabry Disease" in China, or meet the diagnostic criteria for transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis in the 2021 "Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Transthyretin Cardiac Amyloidosis"; 3) All subjects gave informed consent to the content of the study and signed the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or preparing to become pregnant and lactating women; 2) Patients with poor compliance, cognitive impairment or other reasons who cannot cooperate in completing the study;
