Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to ICU; 2. Administer gastroduodenoscopy. 3.Patients aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient or legal representative refuses tracheal intubation; 2. Patient with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who has established an artificial airway; 3. With lower gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Participating in other clinical trials.
