18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Unilateral inferior patellar fracture was confirmed by X-ray or CT examination; (2) fresh closed fracture; (3) the age is over 18 years old; (4) the follow-up period was more than 12 months; (5) The operation was performed by the same surgeon.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with incomplete clinical data; (2) patients with bilateral patellar fractures or unilateral inferior patellar fractures combined with other fractures or injuries; (3) patients with other knee diseases; (4) patients with a history of metabolic diseases and mental diseases; (5) patients with severe medical diseases who cannot tolerate surgery.
