18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Aged from 18 to 70 2: BMI:18.5~28kg/m2 3: ASA I-III 4: Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy under general anesthesia 5: Agreed to patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after surgery 6: Sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe functional abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney were known before operation 2: Patients with known tumor metastasis or radiation therapy 3: Previous intrathoracic surgery, active pulmonary infection or combined with other serious pulmonary diseases 4: Alcohol dependence or long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs 5: History of chronic chest pain 6: Take any pain medication before surgery 7: Allergies to opioid drugs or medications used during surgery 8: Individuals with severe mental illness, cognitive impairment, or language expression disorders
