Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age= 18 years old, gender is not limited; 2) Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors by histological or cytology examination; 3) KPS score= 70 points; 4) Estimated survival= 12 weeks; 5) Those with moderate to high emetic chemotherapy drugs in the chemotherapy regimen; 6) No serious heart disease; 7) Have adequate organ and bone marrow function, defined as follows: Blood count: absolute neutrophil count (ANC) =1.5×109/L; Platelet count (PLT) =90×109/L; Hemoglobin content (HGB)=9.0g/dL (90g/L) Liver function: serum total bilirubin (TBIL) =1.5× upper limit of normal (ULN); Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) =2.5×ULN Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) =2.5×ULN. Renal function: serum creatinine (Scr) =1.5×ULN 8) Female subjects of childbearing age or male subjects whose partners are women of childbearing age need to take effective contraceptive measures 6 months after the treatment period of the entire treatment period. 9 Patients voluntarily joined the study, signed the informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have contraindications to chemotherapy; 2) chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy, targeted or immunotherapy; 3) pregnant or lactating women; 4) Those suffering from serious blood system diseases and serious damage to heart, liver and kidney function; 5) Patients with combined mental illness; 6) Patients with brain metastases, digestive tract, nervous system and other diseases that can cause nausea and vomiting; 7) Those who are allergic or allergic to the drugs used in this study; 8) Others that the investigator believes are not eligible for inclusion.
