Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study aims to include patients who underwent daytime laparoscopic hernia surgery in our hospital's daytime ward from April 2023 to October 2023. Selection criteria (all items below must be met) (1) Children aged 1-14 who undergo daytime surgery, regardless of gender (2) ASA Classification I-II (3) Family members or children sign informed consent forms (4) Laparoscopic hernia surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with difficult airway; (2) Gastroesophageal reflux disease; (3) Slow gastric emptying (such as intestinal obstruction); (4) Children with severe cerebral palsy; (5) Esophageal hiatal hernia, diaphragmatic hernia, postoperative gastrointestinal surgery (6) Gastritis, treated with antacids (7) Nasal mucosal injury in children (8) Abnormal liver and kidney function (9) Neuromuscular diseases
