Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? A history of at least one severe ankle sprain. 1) The patient had a sprain history of at least 12 months from the first ankle sprain to the selected experiment; 2) Symptoms of inflammation (pain, swelling, etc.) 1 day of physical activity is required; 4) The most recent sprain must have occurred more than 3 months before the selected experiment. ? Ankle "weakness" and/or recurrent sprains and/or "feeling unstable" with at least one of the following:1) Patients reported at least 2 times of ankle joint "weakness" within 6 months before enrollment in the experiment.2) There are "repetitive sprains", that is, "two or more sprains of the same ankle joint".3) The patient reported at least 2 times of ankle joint "feeling unstable" within 6 months before the inclusion of the experiment, "feeling unstable" refers to "in activities of daily living (ADL) and sports activities, the subject feels Stable, often with fear of persistent acute ligament sprains. ? Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool with a score of less than 24 scores.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Have a history of surgery on bones, joints and nerves related to lower limbs. ? History of fractures in either lower extremity that require recovery. ? In the past 3 months, the musculoskeletal structure of the lower limb joints has been acutely damaged, affecting the integrity and function of the joints, resulting in interruption of physical activity for at least 1 day.
