Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Volunteer to participate in the study and sign written informed consent;(2) Age =60 years old; (3) Admitted for posterior lumbar fusion surgery (PLIF) (no more than 3 segments) due to lumbar disc herniation/lumbar spinal stenosis/lumbar spondylolisthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients undergoing secondary operation; (2) those suffering from serious physical diseases (e.g., hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease); (3) Unable to complete the follow-up; (4) Patients undergoing revision surgery during the follow-up period.
