Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? Have not taken nephrotoxic drugs in the past 3 months; ? Sign informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals who have already experienced acute kidney injury when entering the ICU; ? Have a history of chronic renal insufficiency; ? End-stage renal disease undergoing renal replacement therapy; ? Patients after kidney transplantation surgery; ? Those with obstructive factors such as renal tumors and stones; ? Vulnerable groups: those who have dementia or other mental cognitive disorders, limited physical activity, severe visual impairment, etc., and are unable to cooperate in completing the assessment; ? Missing data.
